Subsequently, the peer-review process consists of two stages. The first stage is initial screening, where the editorial team checks the minimum criteria of the manuscript. Meanwhile, the second stage is the review process. The manuscript should meet one of the conference <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">scopes.<br \/><\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2. The\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">similarity<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> should be below 20%.\u00a0<br \/><\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3. The English manuscript quality should be\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">readable<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<br \/><\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Please be noted, the manuscript that does not meet those minimum criteria will be\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">rejected<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">At the second stage, the manuscript is reviewed by at least two reviewers with double-blind peer review. Therefore, both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><b>and vice versa. <\/b>The reviewers assess the quality of the manuscript, including the research methodology, validity, and novelty.\u00a0<\/span>The reviewers independently make a feedback\/recommendation to the editors on whether the manuscript should be rejected or accepted. The editors will consider the reviewers&#8217; recommendation and decide to accept or reject the manuscript.<\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Finally, the ICHEdS 2022 only sends the manuscript to the publisher if the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>manuscript has passed and completed the peer review process<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Each manuscript will undergo the blind peer-review process by the scientific committees to maintain high-quality publication.
