REGISTRATION AND LOGIN

All users must click the "Register Here" button on the homepage.

All user have to register online through the "Register" menu on the Konfrenzi system.

Fill the form with the correct information and do not forget to click the submit button on the end of the page! Make sure you have entered your active email!

After you have registered, an activation email will be sent to email you have been entered. The email will be sent by a system which takes time around 3 hours. Please check your inbox and spam/junk periodically.

The email attaches an activation link, please click the link to activate your mail in our system. After that, we will evaluate your registration application and approve it.

After we have approved your registration, we will send another email consisting of an user id.

SUBMIT ABSTRACT

After you have done your registration process, back to Konfrenzi system then click "Login" button.

Please login to your account that has been approved by the admin via email.

Click "Abstract" on the Konfrenzi menu.

Click the "Create New Abstract" button. This button will only be available when the abstract submission period is opened by the committee.

Please fill the abstract submission form with correct information and click the submit button on the below of the page.

EDIT ABSTRACT AND UPLOAD FULL PAPER

Please login to your account that has been approved by the admin via email.

Click "Abstract" on the Konfrenzi menu.

In the next page, you will see two options, please click any of them. Each option can be accessed only if the file upload access is opened by the committee.

*Please click whether the file is successfully uploaded or not. If it's not, please check whether the format is correct or not. The other problem is the file size bigger than 3MB or having a symbol of single quotation mark ('), double quotation marks (") or dash (-).
