Registration as Participant
If you would like to join the conference as a Participant Only (without presenting a paper), please click the registration link here and select Participants Category: Participant.
As a participant, you will receive access to attend all conference sessions and materials.
Registration as Presenter
If you would like to join as a Presenter, please click the registration link below and select Participants Category: Presenter. You are required to prepare and upload your extended abstract using the official abstract template provided here.
After your extended abstract is reviewed and accepted, you will be asked to prepare a full paper following the official full-paper template available here. The submission of full papers will begin after the conference is completed and will remain open until 23 October 2025 through the link provided here.

Note:
Conference registration is free of charge for all participants.
However, authors whose papers are accepted and wish to publish in the conference proceedings will be required to pay a publication fee, which is determined by the respective publisher.
