Important Notes

Paper Inclusion Limit: Each registration covers the inclusion of one accepted paper in the official conference proceedings. To ensure the integrity of the publication, only papers with completed full payment will be processed for submission to IEEE.

Student Verification: Participants registering under the student category must upload proof of active student status during registration, either a valid student identification card or an official letter from their institution confirming current enrollment.

IEEE Membership Verification: Participants registering as IEEE Members must provide their IEEE membership number and proof of active membership during registration.

Registration & Payment Deadline: The final deadline is strictly 4 August 2027.

Presentation Requirement: Accepted papers must be presented at the conference, either on-site or online. Authors presenting online are expected to join their scheduled session live via the conference's online platform.

Publication Exclusion: The registration fees cover payment for participation or presentation only (they do not include publication fees).
