Please visit the dedicated Revised Submission Instructions and Final Camera-Ready Submission Instructions pages on this website for detailed step-by-step guidance.

If you have specific procedural questions, please thoroughly review all information on those guideline pages along with the FAQs listed here before contacting the INSEGT 2027 Secretariat.

No. All manuscripts must be submitted directly through the online IGERS portal before the stated deadline. Submissions sent via email attachments will not be considered or indexed for review.

If you experience system issues during submission that cannot be resolved via our FAQs, contact the Secretariat at insegt@unj.ac.id for assistance.

Initial and Revised manuscripts must be uploaded in standard Microsoft Word .doc format to facilitate review markup and formatting checks.

The Final Camera-Ready Manuscript must strictly follow the official IEEE conference paper template and must be validated through IEEE PDF eXpress to produce a certified compliant PDF file. For complete technical specs, please refer to the Final Camera-Ready Submission Instructions.

You do not need to create multiple user accounts. Additional manuscripts can be submitted from your single existing IGERS account by selecting the New Submission option in the portal dashboard menu.

No, the system does not restrict the upload action itself. However, your paper will not proceed further in the editorial workflow, nor be forwarded to IEEE for publication, until official conference registration and full payment have been confirmed.

Important Notice: The Registration & Payment Deadline is 4 August 2027. Comprehensive banking and payment instructions are located on the Registrations page.

In the Final Camera-Ready version, you must include complete and accurate author details (full names, formal affiliations, and academic email addresses) as formatted in the IEEE template.

Manuscripts missing proper author details at this stage will be considered incomplete and risk rejection from IEEE indexing, as no post-deadline corrections can be accepted.

Desk rejections without external peer reviews typically occur due to one of the following non-compliance issues:

  • The paper content falls outside the stated scopes and focus areas of INSEGT 2027.
  • Critical writing, structural, or grammatical errors that prevent academic evaluation.
  • The manuscript exceeds the maximum allowable similarity/plagiarism threshold of 20%.
  • The submission is identified as a duplicate entry within the IGERS system.
  • The research has already been published or is currently under simultaneous review elsewhere.
