Registration is now open for participants. Presenters can register after receiving the notification of paper acceptance on 21 July 2027. Please visit the INSEGT 2027 Registration page for full details on fees and policies.
Participants who only wish to attend do not need to submit a paper. Authors who wish to present and have their work considered for publication must submit a full paper by the Full Paper Submission Deadline. For more details, see the Initial Submission Instructions and the Final Camera-Ready Submission Instructions.
The program will be published on the conference website once it is confirmed, after the Final Camera-Ready Submission deadline. The Final Program will be announced on 14 September 2027.
INSEGT 2027 will be held at Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Tower A, Jl. Pemuda No. 18, Rawamangun, East Jakarta, DKI Jakarta 13220. Travel and accommodation details are available on the Venue page.

All registrations are paid online. If this is not possible, please contact the INSEGT 2027 Conference Manager at insegt@unj.ac.id.
All payments must be made in either USD or IDR to ensure that the full amount is received. Details are available on the Registration page.
Receipts are issued electronically by email. This is the only form of receipt.
We can only provide a document confirming that you are listed as an attendee of the conference. We cannot guarantee that it will be accepted for a visa application.
All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by the conference's internal review committee, with at least three expert reviewers per paper.
All accepted papers must be presented at the conference. Only papers that are accepted, presented, and meet the required academic and technical standards will be submitted to IEEE for consideration for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Final acceptance and publication decisions are made solely by IEEE.
Manuscripts must be original, with a similarity index of no more than 20% as verified by Turnitin or equivalent software. Any use of AI-generated content must be disclosed in the Acknowledgments section.
