Final Camera-Ready Submission Instructions

After completing all revisions, all accepted papers must be prepared as a Final Camera-Ready Manuscript. This is the final step in the submission process and is required after your paper has been officially accepted for presentation.

Important Notes for Authors

  1. The Final Camera-Ready Manuscript must include author names, affiliations, and email addresses, as required by the IEEE conference template.
  2. Strictly follow the IEEE conference paper template and its writing instructions, from the title to the references.
  3. Before submission, check your PDF with IEEE PDF eXpress and upload the validated file.
  4. Use clear, high-resolution figures. Avoid or replace any blurred images.
  5. If figures or other material are reproduced from other sources, written copyright permission must be provided for each item.
  6. Complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) when requested by the conference. Papers without a completed copyright form cannot be forwarded to IEEE.
  7. Use a reference management tool (e.g., Mendeley or Zotero) with the IEEE citation style to minimize formatting errors in the references.
  8. Registration and full payment must be completed before the camera-ready deadline. Only papers with completed payment will be processed for submission to IEEE.
  9. The Final Camera-Ready Manuscript, along with all required documents, must be submitted through the IGERS system (https://igers.org).
